2. Legal Obligation

3. Limitation of Liability

• The platform has the right to make appropriate amendments it deems necessary, whether by changing prices, offers, or categories.
• If you register on the site, you acknowledge that these services are provided "as is" by the service provider.
• The platform is not concerned with financial penalties that may fall on you, such as taxes, fees, and violations.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• The application is protected under the Intellectual Property Rights Law.
• The platform has the right to delete all content contained within its platform that offends the faith of others without notification.

• The platform does not bear responsibility for any type of illness that may befall trainees or players.
• You must consult a doctor or specialist before using the services provided by the Trainers and nutritionists.

7. Licenses

• The platform gives you access to certain things based on your subscription and service provider choice.
• The consequences of the services provided here are borne by the service providers only.
• The content provided here is not considered promotional or advertising content.
• The platform does not have authority to access information of registered parties except what has been provided.
• Commercial and visual marks and identities cannot be used in any way.
• The trainer or nutritionist has the right to know all personal information to provide appropriate service.

8. Payment and Refund Policy

• The platform is not responsible for payments made outside the platform.
• Any amounts paid will not be refunded if done after the payment process.
• The payment method is determined by you and the agreement between you and the financial institution.
• Providing payment information acknowledges your authorization to share it.
• The platform has the authority to block services if you refuse to pay financial dues.
• The platform is committed to making deductions according to prior agreement.
• For any losses that occur to partners, our platform does not bear any responsibility.
